I'm really not sure how she does this, but when I laid her on the floor her head was on the green pillow of the butterfly. She can turn in a full circle if I giver her long enough. She is also rolling both ways to get to things she wants. And she is scooting along the floor on her back! :) One of these days, she is just going to take off...
